History
Tyson has been studying music and specifically the piano for over 30 years. He also plays the saxophone and a little bit of guitar. He has studied various types of music, from Classical to Contemporary, Rock, and Jazz. One of his favorite styles is Ragtime! He has performed as both a pianist and saxophonist in jazz bands and concert bands. He has also been a member of the BYU-Idaho Men’s choir and jazz band. He has made many arrangements for choirs and accompaniment for church performances as well. In his spare time, he is a practicing physician assistant in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and five wonderful children!
In 2017, Tyson also became a Certified Piano Technician, with studies in both tuning and repair. He feels that the piano is an instrument near perfection, and wants to help others keep their pianos in good condition.
